PLUMBERS: is craftsman book club estimating software reliable?

I am going to bid a plumbing job using their national plumbing estimating software, but before I do, I want to know if any body has used it and how accurate it is? My concern is that it's only a 40.00 cd which seems pretty cheap for what it is.
