Our Sump Pump is making a droning sound. How do we fix it ?

the Basement Sentry by Zoeller, 12 Volt DC Battery Backup Pump in our storage rroom is making a horrible droining sound, for the past 1 hour. any ideas on how to fix it? or and other ideas at all?
