project cost for plumbing?

I'm doing a project for school. I need to estimate how much it would be to install a storm drain system and plumbing throughout a boardwalk. if you could give me the answer or how to figure it out that'd be great. AND DONT TELL ME TO CALL OR ASK SOMEONE ELSE THAT DOESNT HELP
