My J pipe cracked -- I pulled it and got a new drop-piece piece (basin to trap), a new trap, and a new J pipe. I cut the J pipe to length, and connected everything. The only place where there is no threading is J pipe to trap. There's a 1.5 cm gap here. What can I use to clamp these together, or is there a different approach I need? Pieces are 1 1/4" metal .
