Last weekend and we did have rain lately I kept hearing their sump pump cutting on and it was flooding out of their house. I finally called fire dept. and they came out and turned off their water at the street and that stopped it. Does their sump pump require water and or electricity on? They moved out about 3 weeks ago and house is vacant. I don't want my basement or yard full of water?
