I want to set up a plastic garden shed under a highway and furnish it, tap into plumbing, electricity, internet from a neighboring mall. Also camouflage it with bushes or whatever it takes to hide it. Then I could start digging and eventually build an underground complex and hide it in case someone ever discovered my shed.
