How do you remove urine from a toilet?

I know this is really gross, but we recently re-tiled the bathroom and the line leading from the toilet to the plumbing was too short so we need to hire a plumber. Well, one of my children didn't remember that the toilet was unusable and used it any ways. My question is how do I remove it from the bowl? I can't flush it down because the plumbing doesn't work
