Our home has many faults including a leaking moldy basement, no electricity on the second floor, no hot water, and unsafe plumbing and wiring. This is actually the best kept house he owns. How do I report him without him finding out who did it? We don't have a lease so I dont want to get kicked out. I have no other choice for a place to live, I cannot afford anywhere else. If I report him to the health department will they tell him it was me?
