Recipe for a drain cleaner?

I lost a recipe for a simple drain cleaner made from household products and am wondering if anyone could provide it for me? I remember that it had cream of tartar in it, maybe baking soda? I think I remember mixing the ingredients, pouring in the drain, then adding boiling water??? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! and Happy Holidays
