Problems with slab leaks, bad pipes, lots of damage...?

This is my second one in les than 5 months. Pipes just got holes and water comes out under my house. Than it takes days before we can see leaks. Last time 32000 gallons of water came before we realized that we had a leak. I can't afford to repipe whole house, does any one know how I can prevent this to happen again... Thanks!
