The house I have is a typical colonial. Now the first floor ceiling is having a leaking water problem. It looks like the problem is related to the rain. (If there is a heavy rain, it starts to drip water, and if rain stopped, it stopped.) But how could it happened to the first floor ceiling, while the second floor ceiling is OK? is that from the vent tube of something? If I want to call a professional to repair, which one I should call? plumbing? roof guy or remodeling company?
