How long should cement sit till a sub floor can be place over top of it?

I have moved the bathroom in my basement and opened a good chunk of floor to access the plumbing (5 by 10) and have just poured the cement. So do I need to wait for full cure before I start with the subfloor STYROFOAM ,plastic, plywood? I plan on using the deta system but first I would like to place a insulated sub floor system on the basement floor. will I need to wait for full cure before the subfloor is put down.
