How do I recover from undisclosed termite infestation, mold and serious defects after purchasing a home?

I bought a home in 2003 and have recently discovered that the basement is infested with termites and mold. I have also had to make costly repairs for roofing, plumbing. Other costly repairs still need to be performed.
