What type of training toilet will work best for a little boy?

I've been looking at training toilets for my son and was wondering which type would work better. I've seen the once that go on the actual toilet and the ones that like a mini-toilet. I really like The Fisher-Price Cheer For Me one but I don't know if it's the best choice.
