I purchased a new manufactured home last Fall. From the start, and after carefully adjusting the float, etc...my 2 toilet stools will both run a little water maybe 2-3 times a day. It is as if somebody starts to press the lever and then stops. There is no other leak and it just happens for 5 seconds and then completely stops. It isn't really losing water to speak of, but it is a little unnerving to hear them do this. I have never had this issue in the many years I have dealt with stools. Any ideas? Do I just have inferior guts in the toilets? Should I just replace them? Mainly, I just need to know if anyone else has experienced this and what it is.
