Our house is 900 sq feet, how much will it cost to replace the plumbing under the house?

Our house was built in the late 1800's and I know the plumbing is not up to recent code....the lines are always backing up and crap causing my husband to have to go under the house and unclog the lines....we're sick of it and just want to replace the plumbing.
