My neighbor has a home warrenty and a slab leak which has caused damage to my side of the home. Covered

We live in a duplex. I only have home owner's insurance. The slab leak is on my neighbor's side per the plumber. We both have some flooding in our garage. But I am the only one with flooding in my living room and along my bathroom wall. Will their home warrenty cover any damage that has occured on my side in my home?
