I just looked at this rv and it didnt have any plumbing (faucet or shower head) in it..not even the hole? How?

much for a shower head and is there some kind of hose or something that needs to be installed?...and how much would that be maybe i should of put this under plumbing take the highway....water is running in the rest of the place so it must have a pump already yea?
