How should I protect my lifestyle according to the plumbing?

Since a snowstorm hit my area, I think the plumbing system has frozen. Water wont come out of any faucet. The toilet wont even flush! I haven't took a shower, brushed my teeth, drank clean water, or defecated since Monday... What should I do, people out there? I really hate this, someone; please help!
