How do I fix a water leak in a valve that is behind a tile wall.?

There is a leak behind the tile wall. The outside wall is brick. Many thanks!!!! Outside wall is brick, the only access is through the tile. How do I go through the tile and repair? The valve is the on/off for hot water in the shower(other is for cold water). Many thanks!!!!!
