How can I fix a water leak in the weatherstripping of my windshield?

It's raining pretty hard here today and once inside my car, I noticed water dripping from the point where the windshield meets the roof. Sure enough, there's a bubble in my weatherstripping there and a great spot for water to get through. Is there any way for me to at least temporarily fix this? I'm not sure if this helps, but it's 2002 pontiac grand am.
