Only the downstairs toilet is backing up. It will flush completely only occasionally. All other drains flow fine, however when water drains anywhere else in the house lots of bubbles come up through the toilet that won't flush. We have well water and a septic system. Pouring liquid plumber style products in the toilet has done nothing. I even got industrial strength stuff from a plumbing supply store.
