I think my pickup has an internal water leak, it is dripping lots of water out of the tail pipe, is that consistent with an internal leak? It's a 2001 F-150 5.4 / 4x4, It's dualed out and leaks more water on the driver side? I checked the oil level last night and no signs of water in it. If it is an internal leak the water would be getting in the combustion chamber right? I seem to be getting the same gas mileage.
