Water leak in apartment 3 times in last month what recourse do I have?

First leak was in first week of June, sewer backed up in my bath tub and all down my hall and in my 2nd bedroom, next one was just in the master bedroom closet and this one is only in the bedroom closet. My problem is they aren't fixing anything they are coming in cleaning up the water and that is it.
