My home isn't quite a year yet. For some reason, when I turn on the faucet in the master bathroom, I hear a tapping noise coming from the ceiling. When I turn the water off it goes away. Is this a leak or what.? Someone told me that they don't put water pipes in the ceiling, they put them under ground. Is this true. If it's not a leak, then what is it. This is a one story house.
