How would you advertise and market a start up plumbing company in Sydney Australia?

I am about to start a new plumbing service company specialising in residential maintenance. At the moment there are only 2 employees but we hope to expand quickly to 10 to 15. We need lots pf good advice on where and when to advertise,branding, customer service ect.
