How to find source of water leak in stucco home?

I have a 3 year old stucco and stone home. After a rain, there is water on the window sill of one window on the 1st floor. There is also some drywall damage under that sill where the drywall got wet. We caulked the window and that did not help. How can we determine where the leak is coming from?
