How much would it cost to have some exposed plumbing sawed and capped in a commercial space?

I'm leasing a commercial space (in Blaine, Minnesota) and in order to pass the building inspection I need to have some exposed plumbing (left from the previous business, a salon) sawed and capped. Any price estimates would be appreciated.
