3-16-2011 Demineralized Water Leak At Nuke Plant In Canada, Near Recent 4.3 Earthquake, Related?

From RSOE EDIS: "Ontario Power Generation has notified Canada's federal nuclear regulator about the release of 73000 litres of demineralized water at the Pickering A nuclear generating station. The leak occurred at 11: 30 pm ET on Monday and was caused by a pump seal failure." 3.7 Earthquake about 70 miles east of this nuclear event, could they be related? Or could this earthquake affect this recent leak in some way? Doubtful but I am still gaterhing intel on this. Solar winds remain low, nearly below 350 now, which raises concerns of another large earthquake.
