I have a shower/tub in a bathroom that leaks from the back of the faucet. (Not behind the wall) It leaks more when it has pressure, which is when the water is being diverted to the shower.

trouble removing faucet handle

I have a single handle, pull out facet/spray combo faucet, Delta brand. The faucet leaks, and I tried to remove the handle. I removed the small cap, and tried to use Allen wrench to unscrew. But, unable to remove the handle. What am I doing wrong?
