What would cause a 2 yr old kitchen faucet to begin squealing and pulsating?

It's a dual handled faucet that's worked great until last week when I noticed it squealing a bit. Now it squeals a high pitch sound constantly, and even started to pulsate like an adjustable shower head this morning. It does it with just the hot turned on, or just the cold on, and with both handles on at the same time.

How do I get a toilet tank to stop leaking between the tank and the comode?

I just replaced the wax seal on the comode and changed all the plumbing inside the tank. I put it all back together and it leaks when I flush it. As long as the stop is in place, it will not leak, but the second I flush it, water comes out from where the tank meets the comode. I don't want to tighten it much more as it might break the tank. Help

Installing New Garbage Disposal - leak at P-Trap?

Installing a new InSinkerator. Have everything hooked up properly (to the best of my know how anyway). Issue, the discharge tube. Where it is supposed to hook into the P-Trap. When I run water into the drain, there is a leak where the discharge tube and the existing plumbing meet. Questions: What can I do to stop this leak? If I try to tighten the connection, the discharge tube just pulls through the P-trap nut. Am I missing something? I have what I think is a beveled washer that goes into the end of the discharge tube between the nut and the existing pipe (it is a solid white ring that slides into the discharge tube). I know I'm missing something...help is appreciated.
